Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to two Executive Level Managers at our Rockville, MD office. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in social media management and video editing. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Monitor and manage executives' email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
- Assist with social media management, including content creation, posting, and engagement across various platforms.
- Edit and produce videos for internal and external communications, ensuring high-quality output.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executives in decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners, fostering positive relationships and clear communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting multiple executives.
- Proficiency in social media management and video editing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
